To become an “Official host site of Active Aging Week” please complete and submit this registration form. As an official host site, you will:

Receive exclusive access to promotional materials and customizable templates to help you promote Active Aging Week in your location(s).
Be listed in a national database that will drive potential participants and media to you, to learn more about your highlighted schedule of events and activities.
Become eligible for entry into the Active Aging Week Spirit Award contest. By being 1 of the 10 award winners your organization will gain industry recognition for its efforts by being highlighted in a feature article in the Journal on Active Aging.
