Tell us what you did during Active Aging Week to redefine the term "Active."
During Active Aging Week 2023, Lakewood Retirement Community had the theme of "Aging Artfully" to tap into creativity to age well. Every day we had a different activity/activities to be creative. A few of our activities included Wii Bowling, a Dart Art Group Art Project, an Escape Room, exercise stations, a walking taco lunch, a film festival, and a silent disco party.
