Tell us what you did during Active Aging Week to redefine the term "Active."
We hiked Tom's Thumb in Scottsdale, AZ. We enjoyed Better Health and Happiness Through Meditation. We participated in a resident lead Gourd Art Class, learning how to carve and paint various types of dried gourds. We hosted a putting workshop on a beautiful Arizona morning. We took a walk through Amazon's warehouse. We sailed and raced miniature sailboats in our indoor pool.
